You will consult and provide assistance to end users to discover, test and address system enhancements and defects.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Two to three (2-3) years of software development experience required.
· ServiceNow (or related platform) system admin knowledge strongly preferred.· Previous experience with ServiceNow development tools and knowledge of ServiceNow and its modules strongly preferred.· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.· Knowledge of integration with REST, SOAP, and/or third-party software.· Understanding of Agile/Scrum project management practices.· Experience working on Client and Server Scripts.· Some experience with SQL and querying.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Knowledge of ITIL processes and management preferred.Why Community?At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
