We are seeking a Support Engineer with strong technical and customer service skills to join our team supporting the Snowflake Data Cloud platform. As a key member of the support organization, you will provide top-tier assistance to enterprise customers, resolve complex issues, and ensure platform stability and performance.Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain modular cloud-based systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot product and configuration issues in customer environments.Collaborate with internal teams (Managed Services, Professional Services, Sales, etc) to address bugs, propose improvements, and provide feedback from the fieldMaintain ownership of technical issues through resolution, including timely updates and clear documentationCreate and maintain knowledge base articles, internal runbooks, and customer-facing documentationParticipate in after-hours support as neededContribute to the continuous improvement of support tools, processes, and best practices
