Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Authenticx, you will be a critical technical and strategic partner to our sales and product teams, ensuring prospects and customers understand the power and value of our platform. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, storytelling ability, and customer-centric problem-solving. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, craft compelling demonstrations, and design technical solutions that drive business impact. You will also play a key role in improving Authenticx’s overall solution by capturing technical requirements from the market and providing insights to our Product team for continued evolution and enhancement of the platform. What You’ll Do Lead technical discovery to understand customer pain points and align Authenticx’s platform capabilities with their needs. Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations showcasing Authenticx’s value proposition, ROI, and integration capabilities. Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to develop customer-centric solutions that address industry-specific challenges. Scope and define technical integrations, ensuring seamless implementation of Authenticx within customer environments. Support onboarding and post-sales success, ensuring customers maximize the value of Authenticx’s platform. Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain expertise in healthcare software, APIs, integration platforms, and competitive intelligence. Contribute to the product roadmap by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product Innovation team.
