The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.The Registered Nurse will work within an exciting, fast-paced environment! The RN will work collaboratively with a great team in this 32-bed unit with a complex patient population to include renal, cardiac, neuro, bariatric, critical strokes, multi-system failure, and overflow for ONS.Your exceptional skills and qualifications

Computer skills for documentation and work related purposes

Demonstrates customer service skills to provide exceptional and patient and family experience

Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
