If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleProduction LeadWhat does a successful Production Lead do at Fiserv?You will join the team at our Indianapolis location and receive training on our world class Plastic Production equipment. You will be responsible for coaching, training, assigning, and checking the work of Production Associates.  You will oversee shift operations through scheduling and ensure the completion of assigned production projects.What you will do:

Monitor and evaluate workflow within the department and offer verbal and written work status to the supervisor

Effectively prioritize and stage work assignments in advance for improved efficiency

Responsively address equipment troubleshooting to resolve any machine or job-related issues

Operate and monitor equipment according to instructions and client expectations

What you will need to have:

Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language

Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)

Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance

Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often

What would be great to have:

High School Diploma, equivalent work experience, or a combination of work, education, and military experience

1 year of fast-paced production environment

1 year of experience of operating production machine

Important info about this role:

You will work an assigned schedule of: 12 hour rotating shift- 7pm-7am

Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts

Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
