Job DescriptionThis will be a 3 month placement that will take place between two locations downtown Indianapolis. There will not be travel to other locations needed in this position and they would be asked to work 8-4:30 (30 minute lunch), Monday-Friday. The Technician will be working on Tickets that come in from our team members regarding their badges. They will need to be able to understand what is needed from the ticket and then go into the system and check if a badge has been printed or still needs to be printed. If it needs to be printed, they will have access into the system and will send the badge to be printed at the correct location (All done virtually). Once we are caught up with tickets, they will transition over to working on our new video management system. We will have floor plans of each of the hospitals and they will take existing cameras and find them on the map and place them there.
