Job Title: Kit AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Automated KIT Production department is responsible for building kits used in clinical trials research, sample collection, drug testing, and other human sample collection activities. This role involves working at four different stations, where employees will receive training and spend time on each. The job is stationary and repetitive, requiring good attention to detail.Responsibilities

Train and work at the Kit Cell station, standing for 12-hour shifts during the first 2-3 weeks.

Pick items from bins as indicated by a computer screen and pack them into boxes.

Carefully label the boxes and place them on a rolling conveyor to be sent to packing.

Work at the Popular Pick station, where a rotating wall of bins provides the necessary items for packing.

Perform tasks on the mezzanine, such as packing instruction manuals and building small batch custom orders by hand.

Stand or sit for varying periods, depending on the rotation.

Essential Skills

Attention to detail

Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

Experience working in a fast-paced and high production environment

Ability to lift 25 lbs (team lift for anything above 50 lbs)

Computer skills

Packing and labeling experience

2/2/3 rotating schedule
