Description We are in search of an Intake Coordinator to join our team in the non-profit sector, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves overseeing the data entry of applications and student paperwork, interacting with student families to obtain updated information and correct demographic data, and providing excellent customer service. This employment opportunity offers a contract to hire arrangement.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the data entry of applications and student paperwork Regularly communicate with student families to collect updated information and correct any errors in demographic data Provide top-tier customer service to all stakeholders Handle and resolve inquiries related to student paperwork and applications Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites to efficiently manage and organize data Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of intake processes Act as a primary point of contact for families, offering support and guidance as needed Maintain strict confidentiality of student and family information in compliance with privacy regulations Use excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both children and adults. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites Strong customer service skills Experience in data entry Previous experience in a non-profit environment is a plus Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences Capacity to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information Experience in coordinating and managing multiple tasks and projects Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Knowledge of the non-profit sector and its regulations is beneficial Ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
