Description We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions and ensuring effective HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR practices, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity in the Fishers, IN area.Job Description:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, assist with conflict resolution, and support a positive work environment.

HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, manage employee records, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.

Performance Management: Assist with performance review processes, track employee performance metrics, and support professional development initiatives.

HR Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as preparing HR reports, maintaining employee databases, and managing benefits enrollment and inquiries.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with a broad understanding of HR functions and practices.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or similar software.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
