Description We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and provide essential administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire role located in Indianapolis, Indiana.Job Description:
Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including managing appointments, coordinating meeting rooms, and handling correspondence.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update visitor logs, manage office supplies, and keep track of office-related inventory.
Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or concerns from visitors and clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Office Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to support office functions and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
