Description We are in search of a Fractional CFO to join our team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. As part of a recognized Professional Association, this role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Fractional CFO will be instrumental in overseeing our financial operations, formulating financial strategies, and maintaining the financial health of the organization.Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization's objectives Present financial performance reports, projections, and other relevant data to management Prepare monthly financial budgeting reports, including profit and loss by division, and forecast vs. budget by division Implement and ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures Coordinate and strategize the organization's fundraising and revenue generation plans Maintain a strong relationship with external auditors and manage audit process Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements Ensure the accuracy of financial and management reporting data for the organization’s board of directors Coordinate annual budget reviews, monthly forecasting, and weekly cash flow reports Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a CFO or similar leadership role in finance Expertise in financial reporting and budgeting Proficiency in working with Form 1099 and Tax - Form 990 Experience in preparing Annual Audited Financial Statements Familiarity with Audit PBC lists Knowledge of Property Tax and NAV - Net Asset Value Ability to maintain fixed assets and perform bank reconciliations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals Professional Association industry experience is preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, CPA also required.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
