To build relationships
To multi-task and have excellent organizational skills
To communicate information of interest or concern pertainingto residents
To maintain a positive and uplifting personalityable to handle requests/concerns of residents and family members.
To assist with staff support and management during evenings and weekends.
About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience.
High school graduate and/or equivalent highly desirable.
Must be able to read, write and follow oral instructions
Must exhibit good organizational skills.
Must exhibit the ability to establish rapport with residents, family members,representatives, and staff members.
