About the Role As the Demand Generation Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Marketing team, owning programs that fuel the sales pipeline and drive business growth. You'll design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, ABM, and web to attract, engage, and convert leads into qualified opportunities. Working closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Leadership, you’ll position Marketing as a revenue driver by building pipelines and moving prospects toward conversion. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on accountability and is eager to make a direct impact on revenue growth. What you will do: Own and execute the demand generation strategy to deliver measurable pipeline growth, aligned with quarterly and annual targets. Develop and launch integrated campaigns using a mix of inbound, paid, organic, and ABM strategies aligned to the buyer journey. Partner with Sales leadership and RevOps to set quarterly pipeline targets, refine lead scoring models, and improve conversion at each funnel stage. Create and manage paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication) with clear attribution to sourced and influenced pipeline. Drive web strategy in partnership with marketing and design—owning updates and optimizations in WordPress to improve conversion and SEO. Optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to drive automation, reporting, and scalability. Lead nurture workflows, A/B testing, and email campaign strategies to re-engage prospects and warm up mid-funnel leads. Partner with Product and Content Marketing to craft compelling messaging and high-converting assets that align to market needs. Report weekly/monthly on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI; proactively recommend adjustments to hit growth targets.
