Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is within the legal industry and will be based on-site, with a focus on providing first point of contact services for clients. Responsibilities: Answer and manage inbound customer calls effectively Utilize CSR software to maintain and update customer records Handle data entry tasks and order entries as required Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries professionally Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with email correspondence and ensure timely responses Work collaboratively with a team of customer service representatives Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks Handle occasional walk-ins and provide assistance as needed Contribute positively to the team with a problem-solving mentality.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in a call center customer service role Strong skills in both answering inbound calls and making outbound calls Ability to efficiently and accurately enter data Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence Experience with order entry systems Ability to schedule appointments effectively Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple requests at once Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required by the business.
