Answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.

Resolving customer issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Documenting customer interactions and taking necessary steps to address concerns.

Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Upholding company policies and procedures.

Staying up-to-date on company products and services.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

The ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A positive and professional attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
