Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a local health insurance company
Taking inbound calls from members regarding questions about their policy, payments, ID cards, etc.
Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Availability
First 4-6 weeks onsite for training, then transition to fully remote
Located near the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis
