Design, sustain, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Lilly’s systems and information flow.

Drive enhancements to GSC’s innovation agenda.

Drive continuous improvement in technology and process solutions that enable integrated data and analytics capabilities to impact productivity, efficiency gains, and user experience.

Partner with functional and IT leadership to ensure information, systems, and associated capabilities are available as needed and enable delivery and management of the portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

1 year experience of demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and provide succinct progress updates to teams and leadership

Additional Skills and Preferences:

Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of quality systems

Medical or technical writing experience

The anticipated wage for this position is$63,000 - $140,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
