Responding and acknowledging all incoming correspondence
Providing excellent customer service via phone and walk ins
Quoting all incoming job request and sending them to customers
Entering orders into the FileMaker system
Communicate with clients on pricing, lead times and problem solving
What’s Needed?
Administrative/Estimator assistant experience required
Great customer service experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
Ability to pass a clear background check and drug screen
