Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Type: Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Document interactions and transactions accurately.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Position Requirements:

Language Skills: Must be fluent in both spoken and written English. SPANISH A PLUS

Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.

Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Equipment: Must possess a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a noise-cancelling headset.

Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.

Training: Willingness to undergo training ranging from 2-4 weeks, depending on experience.
