The Route Service Driver (Service Representative)is responsible for the daily driving/maintenance of a company-owned delivery truck to & from numerous customer locations, delivering Morgan products in an accurate, efficient, & professional manner. The RSD picks up soiled products & returns to the plant for processing. They ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries & requests and pro-actively problem solving when necessary. They are tasked with growing the existing route through sales of additional items from our product line & maximizing the company’s opportunities to bring value to our customers. In this role you will regularly operate a handheld device to accurately ensure proper on-site inventories are maintained. You will complete all paperwork properly & accurately for each customer, & for internal company needs. Other duties as assigned.

Route Service Driver Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21+ years of age
Must have 1+ yr. experience in a customer service or sales related role
Must have 1+ yr. previous commercial Box Truck or Step Van driving experience
Ability to read/write/speak in English
Valid driver’s license w/ clean driving record
Must be able & willing to pass a background check & drug screening (hair)
