Job Summary
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Small Engines: ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, Scooters, UTVs, Golf Carts and Go Karts
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and assemble new vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts
- Utilize power tools to complete repairs
- Weld components as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Proper assembly of units
- Facilitate best practices for operation in a timely and profitable manner
Skills
- Experience in small engine vehicle assembly and repair.
- Sense of urgency and Self starting personality
-Reliable Transportation is a must.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Proficiency in using power tools for repairs
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues
- Familiarity with general repair and maintenance
- Previous experience in Powersports / Motorcycle dealership determines salary level and bonuses
- Ability to pass substance tests

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
