Description:-Responsible for performing maintenance on hospital facilities including plumbing, carpentry, electrical maintenance and general house keeping-Inspect and install, plumbing fixtures and fittings-Cut and bend pipes for plumbing, install water heaters, showers, toilets and sinks-Inspect for leaks in faucets and replace clogged rains-Inspect and repair HVAC systems, including compressor pumps, fans, motors, thermostats and air handling units (Any DDC controls is a plus on air handling units)-Repair and maintain structures and furnishing using hand and power tools-Replace light bulbs and fix electrical outlets that are damaged or not working correctly-Hang drywall, set in door frames, fix ceiling tiles and hang cabinets-Read blueprints and drawings-Answer any emergency calls and complete work ordersSkills:maintenance, facilities, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, maintenance, electrical troubleshootingQualifications:-Plumbing-Fix electrical outlets-HVAC principles/knowledge-HS Diploma or GEDAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
