A Communications Company is looking to add semi-skilled or skilled Communications Technician to their team. The Communications Technician will resolve, repair, and install communications systems, ensuring that they work properly. The systems the technician will mostly work with are security, cameras, entry access, audio and visual.Description: Run medium to small voice and data projects through completion Organize material and labor testing of voice and data systems customer service Run cat 5/ Cat 6 cable Install TVs Install security systems Install Cameras Install access points Light meter testing Mount fiber boxes and associated hardware Install conduit Terminate/ Splice fiberWork Environment: Indoor and Outdoor working environment, Hot in the Summers/Cold in the Winters, Physically Laborious Monday - Friday typical start time 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (They are customer dependent and can work around the schedules of customers) having schedule flexibility is a must. 20% of work is on off shift.
