Your role will primarily involve entering and managing data related to trucking logistics, such as recording truck weights and coordinating their arrival times. This position plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics sector.Responsibilities: Enter truck information into the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Record truck weights in the system and maintain these records Coordinate truck arrival times to streamline logistics Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and management tasks Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Organize files and documents related to data entry tasks Perform calculations as needed for data analysis Utilize your 10 Key Skills to ensure speedy and accurate data entry Scan necessary documents and files into the system Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to data entry. Requirements Proficiency in 10 Key Skills Demonstrated ability in Customer Service Experience in Data Entry Proficient in Email Correspondence Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Comfortable with Microsoft Word Ability to Organize Files efficiently Capable of Performing Calculations accurately Experience in Scanning documents Proficient in Typing.
