TEKSystems is hiring a highly organized and critical thinking Customer Service Representative for one of our clients - if you are looking to join one of FORTUNE Magazine's "Most Admired Companies" and use your customer service and logical thinking skills, this may be the role for you!This REMOTE/BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative will work to support clinical trials - the role will involve investigation of cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service (call center preferred, but not required) and a proven ability to work in an organized fashion.General Responsibilities:

Provide high quality customer service while interacting with internal and external customers

High attention-to-detail while reviewing documents

Critical thinking

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred

2-4 years customer service related experience required - call center is preferred, but not required! Other customer service backgrounds that are encouraged to apply include: food and beverage, hospitality, and retail

Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or German
