You’ll be: Repairing and maintaining equipment to support daily production Responding to breakdowns and calls to keep production running smoothly Supporting weekend maintenance repair and PM activities when necessary Supporting a reliability-centered maintenance program Supporting team activities and contributing your own ideas Conducting equipment inspections Performing preventative maintenance tasksThis job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of three months of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with a 2-year technical degree Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, if no degree Have a High School Diploma or equivalent Have flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term Have flexibility to work weekends, holidays, daily overtime, and off shifts as needed Are willing to travel (percentage of travel varies between roles)As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
