Dixie Chopper (a member of Alamo Group Inc .) is currently accepting applications to fill the position of Territory Sales Manager for the territory to include Louisville, KY, OH, and Southern IN.The Territory Sales Manager is a vital position and will support and contribute to the company goals of profitability, inventory turns, ROI and cost control. Under moderate direction, solicits orders for company products from agricultural customers at customer's place of business utilizing knowledge of products sold. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective dealers, or talks with customers on sales floor, or by phone. Displays or demonstrates product and emphasizes salable features. Quotes prices and credit terms, prepares sales contracts, prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts. Provides sales coverage while providing best possible market penetration for all products in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.ALAMO GROUP CORE COMPETENCIES include:
