Unit DescriptionSodexo's Healthcare Segment is seeking a National Client Executive who will function as the Sodexo Executive for the Seniors Division and will have day-to-day interaction with a major Senior Living System.This position will provide support to the 15 communities in the system. Primary responsibilities include senior level communication, setting strategic direction for all support services under control, contract administration and execution, direction to all reporting staff, compliance with all laws, policies, and rules of jurisdiction, and full financial responsibility for the service specific business.The best qualified candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a team spread over multiple geographically dispersed locations. They will be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all operations-related activities through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees, including financial performance, client retention and satisfaction and project management skills.Will require up to 65% travel. Candidate must reside close to major airport and ideally be centrally located in the U.S. #Responsibilities:

Monitors unit operations in order to optimize Sodexo standards; owns technical delivery and operational excellence including “day to day” service quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the District.

Provides leadership to all District accounts to ensure high client/partner satisfaction and account retention. Monitors unit operation to ensure the highest level of quality of Sodexo services.

Ensure that team is aligning with our clients' strategic plans and goals.

Collaborate with the District Managers, Regional Chefs and entire management team members.

Executes account retention plan for all accounts by implementing short- and long-term goals that align with the scope of service, mission and values.

Reviews and analyzes financial statements and data and other appropriate financial information to monitor attainment of financial goals for the district. Assesses and mitigates financial risk for all District accounts. Analyzes and communicates results to the client/partner and the Supervisor, and initiates action plans as necessary.

Explores and cultivates new business opportunities to grow the business. Targets and identifies contacts at each account to ensure that the Sodexo portfolio of services offerings is optimized.

Provides positive and constructive feedback to employees by coaching, mentoring, counseling or corrective guidance and action, as appropriate.

Reviews and maintains reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and Sodexo/Client policies and procedures.

Ensures a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and makes recommendations for changes as necessary.

Promotes and supports workplace diversity initiatives.
