Property preservation contractor

We seek contractors knowledgeable about property preservation who can work on landscape, grass cuts, tree trimming, repairs outside and inside the house, mold remediation, drywall, roof repair, etc. The contractor must have the equipment to do a lock change, a compressor, a generator, landscaping tools such as a lawn mower, and other necessary tools. The contractor can be located anywhere in Warsaw or Fort Wayne, IN, to complete the work. They must know what is needed for preservation work, such as taking photographs of the property before, during, and after the work is completed. They can also take proper photos from several different angles of the damages or repairs needed, tree or shrub trimming, or drywall required and send them to us so we can bid on getting that work for you. Must be good in lock changes, winterization, and tarping. Once we recruit you as a subcontractor, you must provide your EIN and address.
