You will support physicians by handling incoming clinical calls and messages, providing patients with comprehensive answers regarding their treatment plans and physician orders. This role requires building trust and rapport with patients to help them navigate their nephrology process.Responsibilities
Support 4 physicians daily with incoming clinical calls and messages, speaking to 30-40 patients per day (call times vary)
Field calls as needed for best treatment support
Answer comprehensive clinical questions for patients regarding their treatment plans and physician orders
Build trust and rapport with patients and help them navigate the nephrology process

LPN with an active and current State or Compact Nursing License (open to lapsed licenses)

Triage experience preferred
