Position Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Research Project Leader I to manage research projects funded by clients or granting agencies. In this role, you will work closely with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while overseeing project planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position requires expertise in research protocols, human subject protection, data management, and project timelines. You'll collaborate across Parkview Health to strengthen partnerships, promote the use of health IT, and ensure research standards are upheld. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management : Lead research projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, IRB protocol development, and participant interviews. Support data collection, provide technical guidance, and facilitate project activities.
Resource Optimization : Design study protocols to maximize impact, improve patient engagement, and enhance operational efficiency. Promote technology use to streamline operations and facilitate communications.
Safety & Quality : Ensure compliance with corporate, safety, and human subject protection guidelines. Monitor research activities for risks, foster clinical performance improvements, and oversee QA evaluations.
Service Excellence : Develop relationships within Parkview Health and with community partners, demonstrating Parkview’s values in interactions. Act as an ambassador, committed to service excellence for patients, providers, and staff.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Health Sciences, Informatics, Research, or Business Administration.
CITI Training completion required within 2 months of hire.
Experience Requirements:
Research experience required.
Must possess skills in data analysis, information literacy, and basic MS Office proficiency.
Familiarity with medical informatics, the research process, IRB protocol, and human subjects protection required.
