Qualifications:
Must have an Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Must hold or be eligible to obtain certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Indiana from the Indiana Professional Licensure Board.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance are required.
Must have current CPR certification.
At least one year of experience in a clinical setting related to the department's scope of service is preferred. Supervised clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant will be considered in lieu of previous work experience.
Must be willing to travel during the workday and make home visits as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
