Description We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. This role will focus on the administration of our payroll system, Paylocity, for a diverse group of employees across multiple companies. The Payroll Administrator will also be involved in the administration of benefits functions. Responsibilities: Accurately process bi-monthly payroll Administer benefit functions for all employees Efficiently manage payroll for employees across multiple states Maintain accurate payroll records in the Paylocity system Respond to and resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees Monitor and manage any changes or updates to employee accounts Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations Continuously update knowledge of Paylocity and other payroll systems Assist in other HR roles as necessary.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Payroll Administrator role or similar position Knowledgeable in Benefit Functions Experience with Paylocity software Ability to manage bi-Monthly Payroll Familiarity with Multi-state Payroll Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
