Description:
This is a 6 month contract providing desktop support for a variety of end user needs. This person will triage and accept support requests. They will be responsible for providing support to assist in the delivery of Information Technology services. The work unit provides Tier I and II support for operating systems, software, hardware, smartphones, printers and other IT equipment that enables associates to conduct their day-to-day activities. 1 -2 years of experience supporting a service desk or business department.General Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide Help Desk support - monitoring and fulfilling employee requests • Provisioning laptops and desktop computers for new hires and upgrades• Experience working in a corporate IT Department is a significant plus• Microsoft Windows 10 setup and configuration experience • Laptop / Desktop troubleshooting at the hardware and application layer• MS Office 365 support and/or Exchange administrationactive directory, windows 10, hardware troubleshooting, printer support, ticket resolution, office 365, password reset, troubleshooting, connectivity software, remote supportTop Skills Details:1. 1 -2 years of experience supporting a service desk or business department2.
