Access Center Scheduling Rep

Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED. Medical terminology preferred. Prefer one year experience in healthcare setting call center or clerical position including experience using Microsoft Office applications. Requires a minimum of two years customer service experience. Must have good verbal and communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate general computer skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
