We aim to empower those we assist to pursue their dreams while our dedicated team provides guidance, support, and care they deserve with dignity and respect.What You Get to Do: Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.Build relationships with persons served and teammates.Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home.Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.Document progress, milestones, and action steps.ESN DSP – to be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with prior experience with intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical. You will provide supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people who are faced with metal health, behavioral, and/or significant medical challenges. We are looking to hire staff who are patient, have good decision making and crisis management skills, and who will not be intimated by these behaviors.  Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.
