About the Position:As a Small Business Administration (SBA) Project Management Intern you will support and actively participate in a team environment with duties assigned to support the SBA department's project management and process improvement initiatives.What You Will Do:
Assist project team with overall project initiatives and help drive project timelines
Assist with tasks such as data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reports
Track project progress and process improvements
Update and maintain project documentation, such as project files, master log, timelines, change log, lessons learned, etc.
Attend and document project meetings
Assist in system and process testing prior to implementation
Support file organization and periodic administrative functions, as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Current Junior with demonstrated interest in project management, operations management, process improvement, banking and/or small business
This internship requires an ongoing pursuit of a college degree preferably in Project Management, Operations Management, or Business Management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proficient with personal computers, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word applications
Working Conditions/Demands:
Professional office setting.
Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
