DLV Team Lead - Day Shift

Candidate must be very detailed oriented with knowledge of the materials business unit and have mechanical aptitude.Candidate must be able to perform most duties within the department and distribute tags to the operators as needed for panels and rails, must check cart/load for accuracy (measuring panels and rails).Candidate must possess computer skills, read a tape measure (Metric and standard), use proscale and be able to distinguish the various DLV Styles.The ability to quickly understand, manage, and direct the flow of material throughout the process.Understanding lean tools such as 5S and have the ability to assist the Supervisor in directing labor and schedules is an asset.Candidate will also be required to sort paperwork and create material labels.Employee is required to wear any applicable personal protective equipment, work at a productive rate, maintain quality, and perform all other duties as assigned.
