Outpatient Primary Care clinic – no hospital rounds
Well-supported clinical team
EMR: Athena
Competitive hourly rate
Requirements: Primary Care/Family Medicine, Occupational Health, Internal Medicine
Active Indiana license in good standing
Board certified or eligible
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
