Warehouse Operations Supervisor
3rd shift - $22-$24 per hour- Start 8/1/2025Summary / Objective:
Reports to Operations Manager and is a key customer contact for the warehousing facility. Responsible for successful day-to-day management of safety, delivery, and inventory accuracy. Coordinates the flow within the facility to ensure customer delivery goals are met. The supervisor must successfully adhere to the organization’s level of customer service based on corporate mission and values. Regular hours for the position will be Monday through Friday from 11PM -7AM but this leader will be expected be available outside of work hours as needed. May be expected to work weekend hours if plant demands call for it.Essential Functions
Must be able to handle operations on 3rd shift and manage fork lift drivers
Customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of product and information.Coordinates warehousing operations within company policies and procedures. 
Coordinates material flow within warehouse/store locations.
Ensures accuracy and addresses issues within the receiving process.
Maintains delivery window and frequency to customer’s plant.
Measures and reports cycle counting/inventory accuracy.
Maintains warehouse delivery set-ups (hot orders, dock delivery, inventory transactions).
Establishes and maintains a positive customer relationship.
Conducts employee performance reviews.
Responsible for safety, quality and driving improvements within the facility.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations 
Supervise the team and provide coaching to improve performance 
Create employee schedules and coordinate needed coverage 
Champion the 5S initiatives for the department 
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have a high standard on good customer communication 
Motivate team to improve daily metrics and quality of performance 
Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy 
Must have a customer service attitude and able to communicate with customers 
Must be a people person with a focus on employee development and process improvement  
Supervisory experience is preferred  
Oracle experience is preferred 
Outbound picking experience is preferred 
Receiving dock operations experience is a plus 
Must be flexible with hours
