Pick up specimens, supplies, mail, reports and other documents from the laboratory or off-site locations as assigned and promptly deliver to designated location.
Navigate region served, including general and specific routes established for routine and urgent transport.
Assist with maintenance of supplies.
Prepare and submit all required documentation.
Assure courier vehicles are in good working order, assures timely deliveries, and maintains adequate supplies of laboratory materials.
Operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner to avoid accidents and traffic or parking violations. ,
RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
Drivers License credentialed from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire dateor job transfer date. With acceptable driving record required.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
