You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About the roleThe Site Category Supply Manager role requires ability to focus on both strategy and execution, with a knowledge of supply technical requirements and knowledge across many disciplines, including manufacturing processes, planning, network strategy, stakeholder management across multiple functions, finance acumen with the ability to articulate complex situations in a simple manner at NLT level, the ability to stand his/her ground and create a win/win approach with business stakeholders.Your responsibilities

Supply Chain Management: single point of contact for product change projects, understanding linkages to manufacturing strategy, capacity and network.

Collaboration: works with plant leadership and stakeholders, CDO/Commercial, R&D to ensure interests of Supply are well represented for product change projects. Advocates for appropriate prioritization of supply resiliency, productivity and capital projects within the central portfolio.

Change Management: Facilitate innovation and base-business project forecasting and transition management. Support Change Control activities. Work with plant leadership and stakeholders to ensure proper execution and risk mitigation of all projects at the plant level.

Financial Analysis: Coordinate financial benefit calculations for supply resilience & productivity projects. Facilitate true cost analysis for innovation projects in collaboration with Supply Finance team.

Engineering & Capital Portfolio Management: Keep site master plan updated with an eye on fit-for-future design. Owns the asset change and Capital portfolio with associated KPIs.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, engineering or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CSCP) is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on project/portfolio management, engineering/capital planning and category management.

Ability to switch between Strategy & Execution.

Technical savviness and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Knowledge or planning processes & systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated excellent stakeholder management & engagement. Ability to articulate complex supply issues in simple manner with senior management.

Business acumen and financial understanding (cost accounting and business case analysis)

Portfolio management and change management experience.
