Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.Responsibilities:

Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures.

Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.

Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.

RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:

Quality Professional preferred.

Risk Management preferred.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional PreferencesThe Acute Clinical Policy Administrator will additionally be responsible for:

Overseeing, developing and managing, implementing, of clinical policies within Ascension Indiana

Facilitating communication between top Market level executives and management including CMO's & CNO's, middle level management, and employees, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding policies

Creating policies in PolicyStat, GoogleSuite, MS and presenting to all levels of market executive leadership, CMO's, CNO's, mid level management, and employees
