All this, we do to provide an opportunity for a better future for all of our TEAM MEMBERS.Our Values:Role:The Parts and Room Supervisor handles day to day inventory responsibilities, to ensure we have in stock, all the components and parts to maintain and repair the equipment, and support the production and maintenance teams.Responsibilities :
Enter data into SAP
Anticipate and determine causes of lack of parts take appropriate actions to meet production schedules
Ensure all work orders are entered correctly
Track daily time sheets
Assist with dispersal of employee supplies
Clean and organize the stock room
Ensure cycle counts are performed and entered with accuracy in the system
Support the coordinator in locating and retrieving parts requested by maintenance personnel

High school diploma or equivalent or related experience or training
Microsoft office
Clerical (including answering telephone, typing and filing documents)
Knowledge of computer and data entry
Experience in SAP a plus
Mathematical and analytical abilities are required
Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
Good interpersonal skills for interacting with other departments
Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
Highly organized
Spanish/English bilingual desired but not required

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in a food manufacturing plant or similar; meat experience preferred

Oversee a the parts room coordinator

College Degree preferred not required
