Job responsibilities: Directly supervises the admissions counselors and quality assurance specialist/ clerk. Responsible for management, supervision, and coordination of outreach and student admissions.Essential functions:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administrative and programmatic activities of the outreach and admissions (OA) department
Evaluate staff performance, provide staff training and implement department and personnel changes as approved by the OA/ CTS director and coordinated with HR manager prior to implementation
Development departmental budge; monitor and control expenditures; review and recommend changes to budget authorizations
Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting outreach and admissions services
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social services, business, communications, or closely related field AND 2 years related supervisory experience; OR Associate's degree AND 4 years related supervisory experience REQUIRED
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
