Plans, develops, and implements technical product material fielding and training programs for DoD customers, and/or employees, and field support teams for Army Force Protection Systems.

Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules.

Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.

Plans training across CONUS and OCONUS for units fielding equipment to include site surveys, unit coordination, and transportation and shipping of training equipment.

Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.

May utilize trainers with technical expertise.

May administer tests.

Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

May include military trainers.

Conducts Post Fielding Training Effective Analysis upon completion of fielding / training.

During sustainment operations, recruits, trains, plans, organizes, monitors Field Service Representative Teams CONUS and OCONUS.

What you must have: 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience. Ability to work onsite in Crane Indiana Ability to travel 26-50% to train and implement Material Fielding both CONUS and OCONUS. Experience developing advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories. Viewed as expert in field within the corporation with regard to Army Training Standards, Platform Instruction, Acquisition Program Fielding Documentation, and Field Service Representative Operations.Bonus Points/ Preferred Requirements:

Self-starter with experience managing multiple projects performing diverse technical tasks to support various CONUS and/or OCONUS locations.

Prior experience in supporting teams, working independently and prioritizing regarding complex technical or programmatic issues is preferred.
