Job Title: Shipping AssociateJob DescriptionThe Pharmacy Shipping Associate is responsible for packing and shipping prescriptions according to client specifications and other assigned duties. The role requires routine and professional pharmacy functions, ensuring prescriptions are accurately packed and shipped in a timely manner while following all procedures and privacy guidelines.Responsibilities
Perform routine and professional pharmacy functions
Accurately pack and ship prescription orders
Stock freezers with gel packs
Follow all procedures and pack-out processes when shipping an order
Respect and follow HIPAA and privacy law guidelines, and any other local or federal laws
Aid in the enforcement of all company policies and procedures
Perform Quality Assurance checks on automated technology specific to pharmacy equipment and shipping requirements
Maintain a clean and orderly work site
Keep an adequate stock of boxes and supplies at shipping station
Work EnvironmentThis position will be located in Indiana. It requires working in a standing environment and the ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds. The role involves exposure to noise and vibrations, as well as performing tasks such as reaching overhead, handling, and feeling.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
