DescriptionJoin MISO’s Technical Development Team, where we empower employees and stakeholders through advanced training methods to ensure professional growth and business success. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering training programs using classroom, virtual, and simulation-based methods. As a key player, you will partner with business leaders, instructional designers, and simulation engineers to design strategies for continuous training needs, including drills, business acumen related topics, NERC required training, and tool and system training.In one year as a Technical Talent Development Partner (Technical Trainer) , you will know you were successful if:

Developed and delivered training programs for technical operators and business acumen needs.

Facilitated training through multiple formats (classroom, virtual, simulation).

Leveraged ADDIE and best practices for instructional design and training material development.

Ensured compliance and contribute to process improvements within the training department.

Supported internal and external clients by adhering to departmental policies and regulations.

We are looking for energetic and dedicated employees who have:

Strong project management skills / ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Familiarity with ADDIE learning model and compliance-driven training.
