Description A growing company located in Carmel is adding an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their growing team. This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity that will require the candidate to train fully in office, then have some flexibility to work 1-2 days remote each week. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will join a tenured team of approximately 8 A/R Specialists and work with other team members across the finance department.Day to Day Job Duties Include:
Posting payments received via check, ACH and credit cards
Reconciling customer accounts
Responding to internal and external inquiries for documentation
Creating ad-hoc reports in Excel
Requirements
1+ years of accounts receivable experience including payment posting
Excellent communication
Excellent attendance
Ability to mutli-task
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
