Description We’re seeking an Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire role in the Insurance industry, based in-office in Carmel. In this position, you’ll support the accounting department through accurate data entry, account reconciliation, and efficient payment processing.Key Responsibilities:
Process daily check deposits.
Address customer account and invoice inquiries.
Monitor and take action on customer accounts as needed.
Requirements
Experience with account reconciliation, accounts receivable, data entry, and invoice processing.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
